What time is check in & check out?
Weekday bookings (Monday - Friday) begin at 3:00 pm and end at 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Weekend bookings are from Friday 3:00 pm to Sunday 3:00 pm.
Alternative times may be arranged, subject to availability. School holiday schedules may vary - please confirm when booking.
What do we need to bring with us?
Bedding - pillow, sheets, blanket, doona or sleeping bag
Towels - bath towel and beach towel
What is provided in the bunk rooms?
Bunk beds, mattresses, hand towel, bath mat, hand soap, sanitiser, ceiling fan and heater (cool months).
Is there a noise curfew?
Due to our neighbourhood location, we ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 9:30pm and before 8am.
Is free Wi-Fi available?
Yes.
Is a housekeeping service provided?
We don’t offer housekeeping. Our accommodation is fully self-contained to give you complete privacy, so rooms aren’t serviced during your stay. We simply ask that you leave the place as you found it.
What do we need to do when we leave?
On departure please ensure that furniture that has been moved is returned to its original position. Turn off all lights, empty bins and close the gates. Easy!
What happens if we break or damage equipment?
Please let the manager know. The cost of repair/replacement may be invoiced to the group.
